Hypnotherapy is intended to support emotional, behavioral, or cognitive goals through guided relaxation and subconscious reprogramming (e.g., anxiety, self-esteem, weight, phobias, addictions).
2. Nature of Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is collaborative; you're always in control.
It is not sleep or mind control.
Not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
3. Confidentiality
All sessions and information are confidential, except when disclosure is legally required.
4. Cancellation Policy
* 24 hours notice required.
* Late/no-show cancellations up to 50% charge.

* Session Rates: $170.00 USD per session
* Payment due when booking unless otherwise arranged.

The hypnotherapist has informed the client that they do not provide treatment for emotional, medical, or psychological disorders. The therapist works solely to support the client’s self-improvement and relaxation.
The hypnotherapist has informed the client that the services provided consist of hypnotic induction and relaxation techniques. The client hereby acknowledges that the hypnotherapist is a certified professional.
The client recognizes and understands that the United States of America has specific laws regarding the use of hypnosis to enhance or recover memories for the purpose of testifying in criminal cases, and that such laws may also apply to civil cases if hypnosis is used for the same purpose. The use of hypnosis to aid memory or recall for the purpose of providing courtroom testimony may result in such testimony being inadmissible. The client has been informed that they should consult with their attorney if they have any questions about the legal implications of using hypnosis in relation to any pending legal matter.
The client has informed the hypnotherapist that they are not currently involved in any civil or criminal case and do not wish to enhance or develop memories for use in any legal proceeding. The client agrees to release the hypnotherapist from all legal liability, and to defend and hold them harmless against any claims, including attorney’s fees and costs, related to the so-called creation of memories or any testimony that may arise from or be associated with them.
